CAVO Brings the Mediterranean Spirit to Sozopol

July in Sozopol has a rhythm of its own — and it is set, unmistakably, by one of the most popular spots on the southern Black Sea coast. Cavo Beach Club turns the idea of a daytime party into an institution, a place where world-class music and the sea horizon merge into one between 14:30 and 22:30. The July programme reaches well beyond the usual expectations, built around virtuoso live instrumental performances and an authentic Mediterranean spirit.

The tempo is set on 15 July, when Romanos Kolytos takes the stage for a classic Sound of Greece party.

Just two days later, on 17 July, the beach welcomes a special guest — Chris Madem. Here we leave the DJ booth and the club mixes behind, because his set is devoted entirely to live music. A virtuoso performer, he has mastered the strings of the bouzouki to perfection, weaving traditional Eastern motifs together with a modern beat.

The Greek fiesta continues on 22 July with Vaggelis Tsaknakis.

Another exceptional instrumentalist takes the stage on 24 July — special guest Shai Erez. His live violin performances stand out for their depth and expressiveness, and the sound of his instrument creates a hypnotic atmosphere.

After that intense afternoon, on 29 July, the Greek series returns with the vocals of Kyriacos Georgiou.

To close the month, 31 July is reserved for Mab Drum. Once again the focus is on pure, organic sound, as he steps into his role as a first-class percussionist. A long-time resident of the legendary Vip Room in Saint-Tropez, he carries with him the distinctive spirit of the French Riviera. Mab Drum threads the raw energy of live percussion straight into the pulse of the beach, creating a dynamic show that leaves no one indifferent.
