Safar and Mab Drum Bring the Spirit of Saint-Tropez to Our Coast

Summer 2026 is approaching, and with it the first major events that will bring the atmosphere of the world’s most popular destinations straight to the Bulgarian coast. Over the coming weeks, attention will turn to a series of season openings that promise to reshape the rhythm of the seaside nights.

It all begins in Sozopol on 12 and 13 June, when Cavo Beach Bar & Restaurant kicks off the season with a guest appearance by Mab Drum. The artist, well known from the Vip Room in Saint-Tropez, brings with him the distinctive spirit of the French Riviera. His sets stand out for their direct energy and live drums, which blend with the sea breeze and turn the opening into an organic experience under the open sky.

Safar

A week later, on 19 and 20 June, the focus shifts to Sunny Beach. Bedroom Beach Club welcomes French DJ and producer SAFAR for its opening. He is among the most in-demand names in Afro-House music right now, weaving his African roots together with a modern European sound. His tracks feature in the playlists of prestigious venues from Tulum to Dubai, and now his melodic, deep selection will play here for the first time this summer.

That same weekend, Za Zu Lounge & Restaurant is preparing a two-day marathon, with the headline highlight being a guest appearance by the Dance & Exclusive Concept ballet. This troupe is a leading fixture in the nightlife of Ibiza, Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Their performances are renowned for their high class and distinctive visual style, bringing theatrical art straight onto the beach.

These weekends outline a different, more international character for the Bulgarian summer, one led by good taste and quality sound. Summer 2026, however, would not be complete without the event of the season — the opening of The 1 Sunny Beach, with a special guest appearance by AZIS. The date is 3 July (Friday), and reservations will be accepted from 8 June (Monday).
