For the nightlife scene, 20 years are not just a statistic – they are the rhythm of an entire generation. Under the motto “Two decades of rhythm. One place to call home”, Bedroom Club launches its anniversary Season 20. The concept is bolder than ever: weekends turn into a stage for artists from the biggest clubs and festivals in the world.
The official opening is on Friday, 18 September. Behind the decks is resident Dimo Bg, who will welcome the first special guests of the season – the German duo ONFAYA.
The ONFAYA project already has more than 100 million views online. The two carry that specific charge typical of names such as Keinemusik and Black Coffee – a dynamic mix of Afro House, Melodic House and Latin motifs. After their debut single “I Can Feel It”, they built up appearances on stages such as Cova Santa in Ibiza, Koko in London and Illuzion in Phuket. Now that festival scale arrives directly in Sofia.

The anniversary programme continues on Saturday, 26 September, with a guest appearance by VOODOOCHILD. Behind the alias stands the Greek artist Sofoklis Petridis. VOODOOCHILD is not a DJ who simply lines up the tracks of the moment – he is a producer and composer for whom music is an instrument for creating new experiences. His feel for the art shows in every detail, whether he is building original tracks from scratch or mixing live. His mission is a single one: sound that is not merely listened to, but lived. VOODOOCHILD creates an atmosphere that literally immerses people in a completely different world.

Season 20 also marks a new era for the club, which has long existed beyond frames and stereotypes as a genuine cultural phenomenon. The club now occupies a new boutique space at 12 Ivan Vazov Street in the heart of Sofia. The interior is bold, and every element is subordinated to the most important thing – keeping quality sound at the absolute centre of the experience. The DJ booth is positioned strategically to close the distance between the artists and the dance floor completely, while striking LED screens follow every beat of the house sets.
Bedroom Club steps boldly into the future, but remains that special place where music brings people together again and again.
