Za Zu Lounge & Restaurant brings the spirit of the French Riviera. It was created with respect for every detail, which contributes to a unique feeling of balance with the environment. Over 300 living palms and exotic plant species are part of its interior and exterior. The design conveys a sense of unique luxury that complements, not detracts from, the golden beach.
The head chef is Chef V. Angelov, who has subordinated the entire menu to the idea that „beauty and freedom“ can be tasted. Guests will enjoy culinary masterpieces from Mediterranean and European cuisine, as well as discover the magic of the sea in every detail of the menu – sea bass and lobster carpaccio with mango and coriander concasse, ceviche, king crab, lobster, selected fish and variations of Seafood. The French touch can be found in the typical soups and dishes – bouillabaisse, duck foie gras, duck magret and many more selected gourmet dishes. The culinary explosion is complemented by a wine list that will take everyone on a journey from French Provence to vast Australia.
